New Delhi:  Ola, operated by ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd, has acquired online food delivery start-up Foodpanda India from its German parent Delivery Hero AG in an all-stock deal that will see the ride-hailing firm infuse $200 million in Foodpanda India’s operations. Under the deal, Foodpanda’s India business will be transferred to Ola in exchange for the latter’s stock. The share-swap arrangement and details of the transaction were not disclosed. The deal marks Ola’s foray into the online food ordering and delivery segment, a business shaped in India by the likes of Zomato and Swiggy, and one where Ola’s biggest rival, Uber Technologies Inc., has been making strides through its unit UberEATS. Looking to implement WordPress for your website or blog? Let columnist Trond Lyngbø give you the run-down on the SEO implications with these frequently asked questions. Of the many different content management systems and web publishing platforms I’ve done SEO for,  WordPress  is the most popular. Blogs, company websites and web shops run on WordPress. Designers are fascinated by its versatility and the range of adaptations possible with it. Users love its simplicity and effectiveness. It’s a simple blogging system that needs little or no knowledge of coding, website design or other technical details.  Nearly 25%  of the world’s top 10 million websites — including  TIME ,  Mashable ,  Marketing Land  and  Search Engine Land  — are built on WordPress. But being easy to use, WordPress also makes it tempting to take on things you shouldn’t — or overlook/ignore important elements of SEO that can cause problems with business growth, success and profitability. Ask any number of kids what they want to be when they grow up, and at least one will point out an obvious answer: astronaut. Actually, it’s pretty likely at some point most kids wanted to be astronauts. And yet we don’t see many roaming around. Why? Because becoming one is notoriously difficult. First, you need a degree in engineering, math, or science. It would also help your cause to have either a military background or to a piloting license. But the idea of a generalist background extends to more than the exotic job of being an astronaut. Many other professions are similar. To attend law school in the US, you need to

If you haven’t made your site responsive and geared everything towards smaller screens, you’re in trouble. First, Google will actively penalize you in the search results, consequently reducing your audience. Second, your existing customers will become increasingly frustrated and alienated. 2. Micro-Moments The easiest way to define this is by relating it to impulse shopping. Portability and accessibility in the business world ha
